Created by the Indian master Vinay Kumar, it is a fixed sequence where each movement originates from the breath and keeps a steady rhythm. It deeply strengthens the body, harmonises the energy system and develops presence, balance and concentration. It is the very heart of our schedule.
Derived from Pranavashya, it focuses on chest opening and spine flexibility. Each posture is repeated three times to allow the body to arch gradually, thereby improving mobility, back strength and breathing quality.
