Elisa Lainati began her career as a sales manager for prestigious Italian haute couture fashion houses, developing a refined aesthetic sense as well as focus on details and customer experience.
In 2014, she founded Milan Retreats, now a recognised leader in the short-term rental of high-end apartments in Milan. With over 100 properties in the most exclusive neighbourhoods, Milan Retreats
stands out for its elegance, comfort and service designed to make every guest feel welcome and attended to.
Over time, her vision has evolved in line with lifelong passions: wellness, yoga and self-care. An impulse which gave rise to Retreat – Milan Beauty & Wellness Sanctuary, a refined and innovative hub offering immersive and regenerating experiences in the heart of Milan.
