PRANAVASHYA
YOGA

Created by the Indian master Vinay Kumar, it is a fixed sequence where each movement originates from the breath and keeps a steady rhythm. It deeply strengthens the body, harmonises the energy system and develops presence, balance and concentration. It is the very heart of our schedule.

BACKBENDING
PRACTICE

Derived from Pranavashya, it focuses on chest opening and spine flexibility. Each posture is repeated three times to allow the body to arch gradually, thereby improving mobility, back strength and breathing quality.

ASHTANGA
YOGA

The traditional dynamic practice par excellence: fixed sequences (Primary and Intermediate Series) performed in synchrony with the breath. Powerful, structured and progressive, it develops strength, inner discipline and mental stability.

VINYASA
FLOW

All practices are based on Vinyasa: a fluid transition from one posture to the next, synchronised with the breath. It is meditation in motion, a continuous flow where body, breath and gaze act in harmony.

ARM BALANCE
AND INVERSIONS

A journey to develop arm strength, control and proprioception, progressing towards handstands and dynamic balance positions.

PILATES
MATWORK

A discipline rooted in core control and movement precision. It combines the intensity of Power Pilates with the fluidity of Flow, integrating deep strength, alignment and steady breath. It corrects posture, releases joint mobility and develops total body awareness. It is the essence of mindful movement on the mat.

SURF FITNESS

Workout on an unstable board simulating wave motion. It can be used as an active warm-up before practicing, as a finisher after a more intense workout, or as a daily standalone discipline. It combines elements of yoga, pilates, and proprioception to improve balance, core strength, and postural stability. It suits all ages.
It is often combined with cryotherapy, as proprioceptive work on both the core and the nervous system will immediately benefit from such deep cold: it enhances recovery, metabolic activation and a feeling of physical and mental reset.
