Sauna

Regenerate your body and purify your skin with the intense heat of a traditional Finnish sauna.

Natural wood cabin inspired by Nordic architecture and temperatures between 80°C and 100°C for a deep but gentle effect.

Steam Bath

Purifying steam to improve circulation and detoxify the body.

An enveloping environment with temperatures between 40°C and 48°C and 100% humidity, enriched with balsamic essences for your respiratory wellbeing. It promotes a deep feeling of relaxation and purification.

Ice Fountain

A regenerating touch to close the heat loop and reactivate your energy, tone and vitality.

Crushed ice is continuously dispensed for a refreshing and invigorating effect. Ideal between hot phases or to round off your thermal programme.
Available in the Retreat SPA area, in a dedicated, air-conditioned environment.

Whirlpool

A bathtub with an enveloping design and hydrotherapy jets targeted at the back, legs, neck and soles of the feet.
The water is kept at a constant temperature between 34°C and 37°C for deep and relaxing comfort.
